Custom Filter Requirements

Northland Filter specializes in manufacturing custom filters.

We inventory HEPA & ASHRAE grade media. Our capabilities include conventional pleat pack fabrication with hemmed or non-hemmed aluminum separators.

Mini pleat packs with hot melt separators or fire retardant hot melt separators.

Packs can be made ¾ inch to 6 inches in depth and 4 to 10 pleats per inch.

Frame housings are made out of galvanized steel, aluminized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, plastic, particle board, fire retardant particle board, and plywood.

Our sealant processes include two-part urethane, high temperature silicone, ceramic paste, UL approved rubber-based adhesive and high temp glass packs.

Gaskets available include neoprene-EPDM-SBR blend. high temperature silicone, woven glass fiber, and gel seal.

Along with delivery systems for potting cube style filters we have rotary spinning equipment for potting cylindrical filters.
