The media consists of a combination of non-woven cotton and polyester specifically designed for high dust loading capacity. It offers an average efficiency of 25 to 35% and a 90% or more average capacity, according to ASHRAE test 52.1-1992. Media and galvanized wire grid are bonded together with an open surface area of no less than 95%, which prevents oscillation.
